Can I fit a Pizza Oven in my garden?
Yes you can, the smallest area would be to use one of our metal stands to support a Gemello oven. The footprint area is approximately one square metre.
How long does it take for the oven to heat up?
Different woods have different calorific values, but the most consistent is kiln dried logs taking 30 to 40 minutes to heat up
How long will the oven stay hot?
Temperature will vary but, again depending on the wood loading, you can expect around twelve hours cooking.
